Meet our Founder, Lindsay

I am a college-educated professional & have been in the strategic, operational & executive support space for almost 15 years.

But before I found my purpose in offering online strategic support, I worked in the oil & gas industry as a petroleum landman & a Chief of Staff, & prior to that, trained & worked as a professional stage manager for live theatre. My unique & diverse experience allowed me the opportunity to thrive under pressure, respond calmly, think independently, & make critical decisions quickly, all while staying absolutely organized & efficient. This foundation developed my approach to business partnership - thinking strategically alongside clients rather than simply executing tasks, which became the cornerstone of The Productive Co.
